Damaged Wood Floors

This suite in a commercial building was affected by water damage that seeped through the wood floor. As you can see in the before picture, there is still standing water all along the flooring and a number of towels that were also extremely wet. Once we arrived we immediately started to remove the damaged materials and wood flooring and place drying equipment in an attempt to clean and stop any growth of mold. And as you can see from the after picture, both the flooring and baseboards are gone to prevent any growth of mold and to speed up the drying process. Once we had completed the owners were delighted to know we could help make it "Like it never even happened."
