When water damages occur, it's important to act quickly, but that's not always the case.  Some people go out of town on vacation for a week and come home to a flooded house.  This before and after reflects the work our professionals do when doing demolition on a clean water job.  Clean water allows for the least amount of demolition and is not hazardous to the homeowner.  

Category 2 & 3 water, however, pose a situation a little more intense and requires much more attention and preparation.  Category 2 water contains a significant amount of contamination and has the potential to cause discomfort or sickness.  Category 3 water is grossly contaminated and can contain pathogenics, toxigenics or other harmful agents that can cuase significant adverse reactions to humans if contacted or consumed.
